Transitions

This book is a solution to the problem of having to sell my childhood home. The book features photos of the home I am leaving as well as the home I am moving into. It allows me to doodle on the photos things I will miss, things I'd like to add, or memories I've had there. It also includes journaling lines to write how I'm feeling or anything that helps me cope. Each of the poems included have a "home" theme to help with the transition as well.
